It was this time of year with the cooling temperatures and changing leaves when some of the most traumatic events in my life happened.
I’ve finally caught on to the pattern of heightened anxiety and magnified emotions and realized that before I have even made the conscious association of the approaching dates, my body has already begun responding.
The tips I’ve been posting in the Autumnal Equinox Series are some of the things that have not only helped me through the change of seasons, but also through some of my most challenging times. Writing about them in the hopes of helping someone else has been a great reminder for me, too!
